Miss Cayman Islands Universe, Georgina Kerford departs for Miss Universe Pageant

Miss Cayman Islands Universe 2021, Georgina Kerford is off to Eilat, Israel, for the 70TH Miss Universe pageant, which is scheduled to air on Sunday, 12 December live on Fox and Telemundo.

On Wednesday, 24 November members of the Miss Cayman Islands Universe committee, past titleholders, and well-wishers gathered at the airport to see her off and show their support.

Georgina will be away for the next few weeks. During that time she will explore Israel, participate in various photoshoots and rehearse for the final competition.

The competition areas include: Interview, Swimsuit, Evening Gown, Final Question and Answer and National Costume.

So far both Georgina and the Miss Cayman Islands Universe Committee have been keeping the costume under wraps.

It is confirmed that Danielle Watler is the costume designer. Danielle also designed the Miss Cayman Islands Universe 2020, Mariah' Tibbetts’ costume which was well received by pageant fans around the world.

The National Costume and Preliminary competition usually takes place a few days prior to the finals night and can be watched YouTube.
