Miss Cayman Islands Universe 2022 is Tiffany Conolly

On Saturday, 6 August 2022, the eight contestants of the Miss Cayman Islands Universe pageant took to the stage to compete for the coveted title at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort.

With the interview taking place the day before the pageant, the contestants competed in Swimsuit, Evening Gown and Final Question and Answer segments.

Ultimately it was contestant #7, Ms. Tiffany Conolly who walked away with the crown and the awards for Best in Gown, Best Smile and Miss Photogenic. As the winner of the pageant, Conolly will be given a 70,000 scholarship and the opportunity to represent the Cayman Islands at the Miss Universe pageant later this year.

First Runner-up went to contestant #6, Ms. Chloe Powery-Doxey who also won Best Legs and was named the Ted Green Ambassador.

Ms. Hayley Grizzel, contestant #5 placed Second Runner-up

Miss Personality and Most Improved were awarded to contestant #8 Ms. Angelina Brown.

Miss People's Choice went to contestant #1 Ms. Whitney Foster.

The other contestants in the pageant were contestant #2, Ms. Izarah Brown, contestant #3, Ms. Lisa Evans, and contestant #4, Ms. Carmen Ebanks.

Conolly's win has been bittersweet due to the controversy surrounding the six charges she is currently facing, leaving the community and even her pageant sisters in shock and disbelief.
